Administrative Assistant | Franklin, TN

Abound Wealth Management is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. Now is an exciting time to work at Abound Wealth Management. We’re rapidly growing due to our excellent financial advising services and the growth of “The Money Guy Show.” We are seeking someone to help update client management software, complete client paperwork processes, maintain professional communication with clients, and provide support to advisors.

Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Answering Phones
  • Office Organization
  • Coordinating staff meetings/events
  • Sending Client Reports
  • Spreadsheet Maintenance
  • Client Onboarding & Paperwork
  • Money Movement
  • Client and Business Communication and Troubleshooting

Qualifications:

  • Previous Administrative Experience, Banking/Financial Industry Preferred
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and Email Skills
  • Capable of Managing Confidential Information
  • Ability to Work Independently with Initiative and Collaboratively with a Team
  • Highly Organized
  • Great Attention to Detail
