Step 1: Open the Voice Memos App

1. Unlock your iPhone.
2. Open the Voice Memos app (pre-installed on all iPhones).
   • If you can’t find it, swipe down on your home screen and search for Voice Memos.

Step 2: Record Your Audio

1. Tap the red record button to start recording.
2. Speak clearly and record your message.
3. Tap the red stop button when you’re done.

Step 3: Rename and Save Your Recording

1. Tap on the new recording in the list.
2. Tap the recording’s name (usually “New Recording”) to rename it.
3. Enter a clear name (e.g., “Submission for HubSpot”).
4. Tap Done to save the new name.

Step 4: Share & Save the Recording

1. Tap the three dots (•••) next to the recording.
2. Select Share.
3. Choose Save to Files.
4. Select iCloud Drive or On My iPhone (whichever you prefer).
5. Tap Save to store the file in a location you can access later.

Step 5: Upload the File to HubSpot via Safari

1. Open Safari and go to the HubSpot form link X
2. Fill out the required fields.
3. Find the file upload section and tap Choose File.
4. Select Browse and find your saved voice memo.
5. Tap on the file to attach it to the form.

Step 6: Submit the Form

1. Review all your information.
2. Tap Submit to complete the process.
3. You should see a confirmation message that your audio was uploaded successfully.

Step 1: Open the Voice Recorder App

1. Unlock your phone.
2. Look for the Voice Recorder app (name may vary slightly depending on your phone brand — e.g., “Voice Recorder,” “Recorder,” or “Sound Recorder”).
   • If you can’t find it, swipe up to view all apps and use the search bar.

Step 2: Record Your Audio

1. Open the app.
2. Tap the record button (usually a red circle).
3. Speak clearly into your phone.
4. Tap the stop button (usually a square) when you’re done.

Step 3: Rename and Save the Recording

1. Your recording will automatically save — it may be titled something like “Recording_001.”
2. Tap on the recording and look for a rename or edit title option (often a pencil icon).
3. Rename it to something clear like “HubSpot Submission.”
4. Tap Save or OK to confirm.

Step 4: Share and Save the File

1. Tap on your saved recording.
2. Tap the Share icon (usually three connected dots or an arrow).
3. Choose Save to Drive, Files, or another storage location (like Downloads or Documents).
4. Make note of where you save the file — you’ll need to find it for the next step.

Step 5: Upload the File via a HubSpot Form in Chrome

1. Open the Chrome browser on your phone.
2. Navigate to the link for the HubSpot form here.
3. Fill out any required fields.
4. When you reach the file upload section, tap Choose File or Upload.
5. Tap Files, then browse to the folder where your voice recording is saved.
6. Tap on the file to attach it.

Step 6: Submit the Form

1. Review your info.
2. Tap Submit to send your form and audio file.
3. You should see a confirmation that your form was submitted successfully
