What is your refund policy on physical products?

We fulfill physical product orders through Printful.com and, as such, Printful’s Return Policy (https://www.printful.com/policies/returns) applies to all orders of physical products. We will only issue replacements of physical products if a product you receive is damaged, broken, defective, or sent in error. You have 15 calendar days after receiving the physical product to request a replacement item. Include your name, purchase date, and reason for the replacement request to [email protected]. To help with the process, include a photo of the damaged product.

What is your refund policy on the courses?

You have 10 calendar days to request a full refund. Include your name, purchase date, and reason for the refund request to [email protected]. A team member will follow up with you within 14 business days.

What is your refund policy on the Money Guy Net Worth Tool?

Since this is a downloadable tool, we do not offer refunds on this purchase.

Do I need any software(s) to use your courses or tools?

You are not required to purchase any software to use Money Guy courses, but you may need to download or create accounts for some free softwares. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader for the best experience to view, fill, and print PDF files; additionally, the latest version of Microsoft Excel is required for tools to look and function properly. You may use the free, online version of Microsoft Excel or the paid desktop or mobile application to open Money Guy tools.

Can I apply a current discount to a previous purchase?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply a discount to a previous purchase. If you would like to request a refund and are within 10 calendar days of your purchase, you can email [email protected] and a team member will follow up with you within 14 business days.

My employer offers a training reimbursement credit. Can I get an official receipt for the course?

Yes, you should receive an email receipt automatically after purchasing. If for any reason you do not receive an email receipt, we would be happy to provide you with one. To request a receipt, email [email protected]. A team member will follow up with you within 14 business days.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No, we do not currently ship outside of the continental United States. If we are running a giveaway or promotion for the course involving a physical product (i.e. a tumbler), these shipping restrictions do apply.
