If you’re interested in getting a photo or an autograph, the VIP ticket experience is for you! We’re excited for a set-aside time to meet our VIPs one-on-one, take photos, share stories, and sign books. Can I get a refund for my ticket purchase?

Per Variety Playhouse and AXS policies, tickets for events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review your tickets carefully, including date and location of the event, before completing your transaction. Unless otherwise stated in our terms, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded even if lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, and fees cannot be refunded.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 6:15pm and seating is first come first serve.

Where do I park?

There is a paid lot behind the venue that may fill up for busy shows. There is both paid and street parking around the venue, but it is first-come first-serve. Will there be food and drinks available at the event?

Yes! Variety Playhouse offers light snacks available for purchase at the bar!
