This promotion is sponsored by 88Times Over, LLC d/b/a The Money Guy Show (“Sponsor”).

Promotion Period

The promotion begins on June 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on June 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CT (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliated entities are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by submitting a question through the YouTube livestream chat during The Money Guy Show livestream.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple submissions from the same individual may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

All entries must comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service and community guidelines.

Finalist Selection

Following submission, Sponsor will select approximately five (5) to ten (10) submitted questions to be featured and discussed during the livestream.

Featured questions will be selected based on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Relevance to the show’s topics
  • Educational value
  • Audience interest
  • Entertainment value
  • Variety of subject matter
  • Production and time constraints
  • Other editorial considerations determined solely by Sponsor

Not all submitted questions will be selected for discussion.

Only entrants whose questions are selected for discussion during the livestream (“Finalists”) will be eligible for the prize drawing.

Submission of a Super Chat, Super Thanks, Channel Membership, purchase, or other paid interaction does not increase the chances of becoming a finalist or winning.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding question selection are final and binding and are not subject to appeal or review.

Winner Selection

At the conclusion of the livestream, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among the eligible Finalists.

Three (3) winners will be selected.

Odds of becoming a Finalist depend on the number and nature of questions submitted and Sponsor’s editorial selection process. Odds of winning after becoming a Finalist depend on the number of Finalists selected.

Prizes

Three (3) prizes will be awarded.

Each winner will receive One Thousand Dollars ($1,000 USD).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $1,000.

Total ARV of all prizes: $3,000.

No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Notification

Potential winners may be announced during the livestream.

To claim a prize, potential winners must email [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days following notification.

Potential winners may be required to provide:

  • Full legal name
  • Mailing address
  • Proof of age and residency
  • Any documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor to verify eligibility and facilitate prize fulfillment

Failure to timely respond or provide requested information may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize Fulfillment

Verified winners will receive payment by check mailed to the address provided during verification.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.

Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of a prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to collect any tax-related documentation required by applicable law before prize fulfillment.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, city, state, voice, and entry information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failures, platform outages, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper administration of the promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of this promotion are final and binding.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, YouTube, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube.

Participants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to YouTube.

Platform Disclosure

This promotion is conducted solely by Sponsor. By participating, entrants release YouTube from any liability related to this promotion. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube.

Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
