If you’re interested in getting a photo or an autograph, the VIP ticket experience is for you! We’re excited for a set-aside time to meet our VIPs one-on-one, take photos, share stories, and sign books. A limited quantity of VIP tickets is available and they include first choice on seating, so be sure to jump on this opportunity if you’re interested.

Can I get a refund for my ticket purchase?

Per Franklin Theatre’s policy, tickets for events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. An event must be Sold Out before we are able to resell tickets. If you are unable to attend an event, please contact the Box Office at 615-538-2076 as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you resell the tickets in exchange for a full refund. There is no guarantee that we will be able to resell your tickets.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 6:15pm and seating is first come first serve.

Where do I park?

There is free 2-hour street parking as well as paid parking lots available in downtown. There are also two garages, one on Second Avenue and one on Fourth Avenue that offer free parking and are within walking distance of the theatre.

Will there be food and drinks available at the event?

Yes! Franklin Theatre offers a full-service bar and concession stand before and during the show. Concessions include pizza, fresh popcorn, candy, various soft drinks, beer, and wine. Both full bars (upstairs and downstairs) will be open.
