At The Money Guy Show, we help people fast-track their freedom through educational, entertaining financial content that simplifies complex ideas and inspires people to live better lives.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who believes meaningful content can genuinely change someone’s future, and knows how to get people to click, engage, and take action.

This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts creative thinker, strategic marketer, and organized executor. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and marketing team to grow the Money Guy brand through email campaigns, resource launches, social content, analytics, and audience engagement.

What You’ll Do:
  • Write and design email campaigns, drip sequences, and social media posts. Go beyond the YouTube channel and podcast, and get the Money Guy message out to even more people who need it.
  • Manage promotional campaigns across email, social, and MoneyGuy.com. Lead the marketing team in making sure the launch of new resources, products, and content run smoothly with messaging that’s crystal clear wherever you see it.
  • Dig into analytics. Advise on what works, what doesn’t, and help turn insights into action over time.

Must Haves:
  • You have a strong understanding of what drives engagement and action online (in an email, on an Instagram post, and beyond)
  • You have honed your excellent copywriting and communication skills over time.
  • You’re excited about helping grow Brian and Bo’s reach and impact.
  • You love collaborating and making each other’s work better.
  • You have experience taking ownership and managing projects from start to finish.
  • You have experience coordinating cross-channel campaigns.
  • You love digging into email and social analytics and reporting to see what works and what doesn’t.
  • You’re looking for a mid-level, full-time, in-office role in Franklin, TN.

Nice to Haves:
  • You have 3+ years of content marketing or copywriting experience.
  • You have an interest in personal finance and believe in the Money Guy mission.
  • You know your way around tools like HubSpot, Notion, Canva, and Claude.
  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
