Official Giveaway Rules

The following rules (the “Rules”) govern the giveaway run by 88xOver, LLC (“Company”) in conjunction with The Millionaire Mission Pre-Order Campaign Grand Prize Giveaway by The Money Guy Show (88xOver LLC) (sometimes referred to in these Rules as the “Giveaway”).

1. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Giveaway, you must a) Fill out the form at https://moneyguy.com/pre-order-perks/, sharing your Millionaire Mission order number as proof of purchase before May 28,2024; b) Email [email protected] with the subject line “Millionaire Mission Pre-Order Campaign Grand Prize Giveaway” before May 28, 2024. Please note that purchase is not necessary or required to enter.

(“Entry”). Your Entry must be made no later than May 28, 2024, at 12:00 a.m. CT. Multiple Entries to the Giveaway are not accepted unless otherwise specifically stated in these Rules or the social media post announcing this Contest. Failure to adhere to the Rules will make your Entry ineligible for entry into the Giveaway.

2. ELIGIBILITY: You must be, at the time of submitting your Entry: a) a resident of the contiguous United States, or the District of Columbia; and b) 18 years of age or older. Family members or employees of Abound Wealth Management LLC, 88xOver LLC, BenBella Books, Matt Holt Books, Love and Science, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement, or promotion of the Giveaway and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address are not eligible. Proof of eligibility may be required (and will be kept confidential).

3. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize (the “Prize”) will be awarded in the Giveaway, consisting of airfare to Franklin, TN and travel to The Money Guy Studio for two (2) guests and a two (2) night hotel stay in Franklin, TN (value, approx. $2500 USD).

4. WINNER SELECTION: On 2024-06-03, Company will notify the Prize winner (the “Winner”), who will be chosen at random. Winner will be notified on via email. Company will make 2 attempts to contact Winner, and Winner must respond within 14 days of the initial attempt, or else Winner will forfeit the Prize. Company will then choose a replacement Winner at random and the same process for contacting the Winner will apply. If that replacement Winner does not respond, the Giveaway will conclude with no winner. Company will announce the Winner within 90 days of establishing the Winner, and by entering, Winner permits Company to do so. If a chosen Winner declines the Prize, the Winner must do so in writing, sign a document releasing Company from all liability and obligations regarding the Prize and the Giveaway, and the Giveaway will conclude.

5. MORE LEGAL STUFF: Submission of an Entry constitutes your agreement to release, indemnify and hold harmless Company88xOver LLC and YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Rumble, from and against any claim or liability arising from the Prize, the Giveaway, or its operation. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes derived from and/or through the Giveaway on his or her winnings, if applicable. This Giveaway is conducted from the state of Tennessee and the laws of the state of Tennessee will apply to the interpretation of these Rules.
